In 2026 a full-price ticket in the Palazzo Ducale courtyard cost 25 to 70 euros. Operas were 35 to 60 euros, the premiere up to 70 euros and the symphony concert 25 to 40 euros. Reduced tickets in 2026 were offered to seniors and to under-30s and under-18s, with under-18 tickets from 5 euros. Advance sales added a 10 percent booking fee plus Vivaticket's service charge. Prices for 2027 have not been announced.

The festival sells tickets online through Vivaticket. In summer 2026 there was also a box office on Piazza XX Settembre in Martina Franca, open daily from 1 July to 2 August. No tickets for 2027 have been announced yet.

It is late when the performance ends. A room nearby saves a night-time journey.

The festival never cancels a performance in advance because of the weather. If it rains, the start can be delayed by up to 120 minutes before the festival decides to cancel. Once the performance has begun, there is no refund, even if rain stops it. These were the 2026 rules.

Martina Franca is a small town in Puglia, the heel of Italy, in the middle of the Itria Valley with its round stone trulli houses. From the UK, fly to Bari or Brindisi. From there, hire a car, or take the Ferrovie del Sud Est regional train from Bari to Martina Franca.

The operas start at 9 pm, so they finish late at night. Plan to stay overnight in or near Martina Franca, as getting away without a car late at night is difficult. The Palazzo Ducale is in the old town, and many places to stay are within walking distance.

The festival recommends its performances for children aged six and over. Every child needs their own ticket with a seat. These were the 2026 rules.
